A resource for both temporary and permanent hiring needs, we provide talent and staff augmentation services to Fortune 500 companies, Venture Capital firms and growing tech startups in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Silicon Beach. ‍Your Day-to-Day:
‍Plug into the diverse and inspiring network of San Francisco, Silicon Valley & Los Angeles:
- Connect with inbound candidates by screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling second-round interviews with Recruiters
- Build your own candidate network by conducting outreach to Administrative Assistants, Executive Assistants, Office Managers, and HR professionals through InMail's and cold calling

‍Exercise your creative writing and editing skills:
- Write compelling job descriptions and maintain listings on a variety of job boards
- Create detailed candidate info packets to prepare our candidates for interviews with our clients

‍Serve as a valuable member of a driven, cohesive, and fun team:
- Support the Recruiting Team and the full-cycle recruiting process by generating candidate ideas, editing resumes, conducting reference checks, and providing general administrative support
- Enter, maintain, and ensure the integrity of the data in our CRM.

- 1-2 years of professional work experience (internships and college jobs count!)  
- An energetic, positive, and ambitious team-player who’s eager to learn
