A Day in the Life:
- Manage the candidate full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers for Administrative and Human Resource professionals
- Understand the individual needs of companies and executive team leaders to ensure a strong placement; work across industries from stealth-mode start-ups to world-wide finance firms
- Source qualified and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, cold calling, and utilizing warm connections
- Understand industry trends within the Administrative and Human Resources functions
- Educate, influence and coach candidates to set them up for success as best as possible
- Liaise with Account Directors on the team to strategize on searches and drive results for clients
