Your Day-to-Day:
Plug into the diverse and inspiring network of San Francisco, Silicon Valley & Los Angeles:
- Build your own candidate network by reaching out to Executive Assistants and administrative professionals through InMail's (LinkedIn Messages) and cold calling
- Connect with inbound candidates by reviewing applications, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling second-round interviews with Maven Recruiters
Exercise your creative writing and editing skills:
- Write compelling job descriptions and maintain job postings
- Create detailed candidate info packets to prepare our candidates for interviews with our clients
- Polish and edit client-facing resumes
Serve as a valuable member of a driven, cohesive, and fun team:
- Support the Recruiting Team and the full-cycle recruiting process by editing resumes, conducting reference checks, maintaining accurate information in our CRM, and providing general administrative support
- Use your voice and serve as an active team member in team meetings by presenting candidate ideas for opportunities
- Maintain a consistent effort to achieve your goals by implementing processes and efficiencies to keep you on target

- 1-2+ years of professional work experience

- A driven individual who has a desire to grow into a Recruiter position within a year or two
