Role: Recruiter (full-time position)

Location: Remote, working Pacific Time Hours  

Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission

• Manage the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, interviewing, closing, and offer negotiation.

• Partner with Account Directors to pitch candidates and secure placements.

• Maintain and organize a robust candidate pipeline to meet client needs swiftly.

• Consistently meet or exceed placement and revenue goals.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where your efforts directly impact earnings.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, cold outreach, referrals, and other platforms.

• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and coaching sessions to ensure preparedness.

• Strategize with Account Directors to align candidate pipelines with client needs.

• Close deals by guiding candidates through offer negotiations and acceptance.

• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in tracking candidates and client interactions.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience:  

• 2+ years of experience at a recruiting agency or sales environment.  

• Experience managing the full candidate life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, prepping, and closing candidates.

• Proficiency utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
