About the SDR Role:
As the SDR (Sales Development Representative) at Maven Recruiting Group, you’re the connective tissue between our clients and our team of Account Directors. Your main objective is to prospect and cultivate new business relationships, assist with back-end client support, and help drive our searches forward to success. This is a remarkable growth opportunity for an ambitious individual who has the desire to advance into an Account Director role in the future. This role is also fully remote!

  • Impact the recruiting sales cycle by prospecting new client opportunities, managing inbound leads via our website and referral based network  
  • Cultivate relationships with key decisionmakers such as CEOs, Founders, CFOs, Heads of Recruiting, etc. and educate potential prospects on Maven’s recruiting services  

2. You are forever curious, fearlessly proactive, and positively resilient in your outreach efforts.

  • Grow and expand Maven’s elite client portfolio by researching potential clients via news articles, social media platforms, etc. and maintain information in our CRM
  • Follow up with prospects via LinkedIn and e-mail and flex your creative writing muscles to secure BizDev connects

3. You are goal-oriented, and you aspire to be a part of a collaborative, top-performing team!

  • Achieve weekly target goals and actively discover new ways to improve individual performance  
  • Partner with Director of Accounts and Growth on key projects and own them from start to finish  

4. You have the presence and charisma to own any call or meeting room that you step into.

  • You have that gravitas x-factor and charisma to own any call or meeting room!  
  • You have a strong inner confidence, especially when managing client objections
