Task

Spruce came to Maven looking to hire an Executive Assistant (for the first time) to support their gregarious CEO. Being in hyper-growth mode, the CEO needed not only an effective gatekeeper to prioritize his schedule, but a backup brain to make insightful decisions on his behalf.

Results

After seven fully-vetted candidates were submitted and six were interviewed, Megan was hired (all within a one-month span)! With her business mindset and willingness to take initiative, Megan has added immense value to not only the CEO, but to the company as a whole.
