With continued growth on the horizon and additional C-level hiring in the works, Maven encouraged Exabeam to strengthen its support infrastructure by increasing its executive assistant (EA) team. Given their C-level hires were still in process, the decision was made to bring on additional assistants on a provisional, temp-to-hire basis. That way, Exabeam and the assistant could work together first and feel confident in their chemistry before a permanent offer was extended.
Within 12 hours, Maven identified one temp-to-hire candidate, Bailey Crowder, who became a permanent member of the Exabeam team just four weeks later. One of the other candidates presented at that time, Ynes Perkins, fell head-over-heels for the organization and the feeling was mutual, but due to timing, weren’t able to move forward. Fast forward a couple months, Exabeam added an additional C-level hire. Ynes had an offer from another company but decided to ask for Maven’s help in checking-in with Exabeam one last time. Some calls were made. Some magic happened. And fate took care of the rest. Maven arranged Ynes' final interview with Exabeam for that same afternoon and a verbal offer was extended all within 24 hours.
