Task

Identify an Office Manager to oversee Craft Venture’s spectacular flagship HQ in SF and plan A-List events for the firm and their portfolio companies.

Results

Within 24 hours of our initial onsite meeting, Maven presented five candidates for the search. Craft met with four candidates and extended not one, but two offers – one for an Office Manager role and the other for a Personal Assistant role. Turnaround time from start-to-finish for both searches was 14 days.
